The MyBannerStand display systems come with a 1 year "No Hassle Parts Replacement"warranty.  All other components are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 90 days from shipment of product.  These warranties apply to the original purchaser only and do not cover components which have been supplied, modified, altered, or repaired by anyone other than MyBannerstand.com. Parts which may break or become worn during this period may be returned for repair or replacement after obtaining a return authorization number from MyBannerstand.com. The end user is responsible for any freight and/or shipping costs incurred.

The MyBannerStand display system requires assembly for use and therefore this warranty in no way implies a fitness of purpose and any use of the product or parts thereof shall be at the sole risk and discretion of the user. In no case shall MyBannerstand.com be liable for any damages greater than the original purchase price of the unit. This is the sole warranty and no other text or images contained here or in any other information shall be construed as modifying this warranty in any way.

MyBannerstand.com reserves the right to change or modify pricing, policies and products without notification. Pricing, policies and products at time of shipping prevail.
