Orders of 3 units or less WILL be shipped within 2 business days or it’s FREE.
Customer supplied art files will be reviewed at no charge. If a difficulty is found in the art file - the customer will be advised via email.
The clock starts when both production ready art and the order are in place.

Orders of 3 units or less paying for Next Day or Second Day Air Freight will be shipped within 1 business day or it’s FREE.

For the purpose of this Guarantee - orders placed after 2:00pm EST ( Eastern Standard Time ) will be counted in the following day’s orders.

If we fail to ship on or before the deadlines as stipulated here, your entire purchase price, including freight will be refunded with our apologies.

This guarantee ends when freight leaves our facility - the carrier is responsible for delivery.

MyBannerstand is not liable for any consequential damages and in no case shall MyBannerstand’s responsibility exceed the purchase value of the order in question.

Management reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue this guarantee without notice.
